Role Description The Technical Sales Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The person in this role will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their technical and commercial requirements, present suitable construction and real estate solutions, and prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site visits, providing technical clarifications, supporting the sales team during client meetings, and coordinating with engineering and project teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of solutions.

The role also involves responding to client inquiries, offering post-sale technical support, tracking opportunities in the sales pipeline,



and contributing to sales forecasts and reports. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to improve offerings and customer experience will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills to identify client needs, propose solutions, and close deals.
- Experience in Sales and account management, including lead generation, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Ability to provide Technical Support, including resolving technical queries and coordinating with engineering teams.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, preparing presentations, and drafting clear proposals.
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Background in real estate, infrastructure, or construction projects is highly beneficial.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in technical and commercial documentation.
- Comfort working on-site and conducting regular client and site visits within Pune and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project or CRM tools to manage data, reports, and client information.
