- Role Description Injection molding machine operation & process control
- Mold setting, mold changing & trial setting
- Machine parameter setting and optimization
- Knowledge of Injection Pressure, Speed,



Temperature, Holding Pressure & Cooling Time
- Mold alignment, clamping and safety interlock checking
- Hot runner / cold runner mold knowledge
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
- Process troubleshooting and defect analysis
- Handling defects such as short molding, flash, sink marks, warpage, burn marks and weld lines
- Knowledge of plastic materials, drying and material mixing
- Robot, hopper loader, chiller and auxiliary equipment operation
- First-piece inspection and process parameter confirmation
- Preventive maintenance and basic mold maintenance
- Production planning and shift management
- 5S, Kaizen, TPM and safety practices
- Rejection and downtime reduction
- Production and process documentation
- Team handling and operator coordination
- Shift handover and production reporting
- Basic knowledge of Quality standards and control plans
