Role Description This is a full-time remote role focused on promoting and managing Job-Ready Courses and scholarship opportunities for college students. The team member will guide students through the application process, explain course and scholarship details, and help them select suitable learning paths based on their academic background and career goals. Daily responsibilities include responding to student inquiries, conducting online information sessions, maintaining accurate records of applicants, and coordinating with mentors and the academic team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.





The role also involves using online tools and communication platforms to share updates, provide reminders, and support students throughout their enrollment journey. The position is designed for individuals who want to support learners in gaining skills that improve their employability while working in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to explain course structures, scholarship criteria, and career pathways clearly to college students.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using online platforms, video conferencing tools, and productivity software to manage remote work and student interactions.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, track applications, and meet enrollment and follow-up timelines.
- Ability to understand academic and career contexts, with an interest in education, career counseling, or student support services.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college program; familiarity with student needs and campus environments is highly beneficial.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
- Prior experience in counseling, tutoring, campus ambassador programs, or education-related initiatives is a plus but not required.
