Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai.

The Job

Title will support the planning and execution of outdoor advertising projects, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate, high-quality print output. Daily responsibilities may include preparing and reviewing artwork files, managing print job specifications, tracking production timelines, and verifying the quality of finished materials. The role involves close collaboration with sales, design, and production staff, as well as maintaining organized records of orders, approvals, and deliveries.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with advertising and print production processes, including understanding of flex, vinyl, and related outdoor media.
- Strong attention to detail for reviewing artwork, specifications, and quality of printed materials.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with clients, designers, and production teams.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects, track deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with design or layout tools (e.g., CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or similar) is an advantage.
- Customer-service mindset with a focus on clear, professional interactions and problem-solving.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Prior experience in printing, signage, advertising, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; relevant training or certification is a plus.
