Role Description The IT Support Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Bokaro Steel City. The role involves providing day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network systems used across the facility.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving user issues, managing IT service requests, monitoring system performance, and coordinating with vendors or senior IT staff when needed. The IT Support Executive will assist in routine maintenance, updates, and backups, while ensuring adherence to company IT policies and security standards. The role also requires clear communication with users, documentation of incidents,



and proactive identification of potential IT problems to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills to diagnose and resolve user and system issues.
- Knowledge of network administration and core information technology concepts for managing local networks and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with IT operations, including system monitoring, maintenance, and adherence to IT policies and procedures.
- Ability to work with common operating systems, office productivity tools, and basic hardware components (desktops, laptops, printers, switches).
