About the Role

We are preparing to implement UAE e-invoicing and are looking for an IT professional to support our finance and systems teams through implementation and beyond. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys connecting technology and finance.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the point of contact for all e-invoicing and ERP integration matters.

Work with external technology vendors to manage API connections, testing, and troubleshooting.

Keep data flowing reliably and in compliance between our accounting/ERP systems and the UAE FTA e-invoicing portal.

Support the finance and operations teams remotely during e-invoicing go-live and post-implementation.

Log issues, resolve errors, and coordinate with external vendors.

Assist with system configuration, user access setup, and testing of new updates.

Document system changes, processes, and training materials for the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,



Information Systems, Software Engineering, BCA, or BE/BTech in a related field.

2–4 years of ERP or systems support experience, with exposure to accounting or tax-related modules preferred.

Familiarity with API integrations, SQL, XML/JSON, and basic scripting for data validation.

Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho, or similar.

Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and documentation skills.

Transparent written and spoken English, to work with both technical vendors and non-technical finance users.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to e-invoicing, GST e-invoicing, corporate tax, or compliance systems (UAE experience is an advantage).

Experience with system rollouts or middleware integrations.

- Experience supporting finance or audit teams during a digital transformation project.
