An experienced IT skilled with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience, responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including Linux and Windows servers, website hosting, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments. Supports application deployment, infrastructure monitoring, security, troubleshooting, and emerging AI infrastructure technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Server Administration & Website Hosting

- Manage and maintain Linux and Windows servers, including configuration, administration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Perform Linux administration using command-line tools, user and permission management, service monitoring, and log analysis.
- Manage website hosting, web servers, DNS, domains, and SSL/TLS certificate installation and renewal.

2. DevOps, CI/CD & Version Control

- Work with Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD to support automated build, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Use Git for repository management, branching, commits, pushing, pulling, merging, and conflict resolution.
- Work with Git commands.

3. Monitoring & Troubleshooting

- Monitor server health, CPU and memory utilization, storage capacity, service availability, and application performance.
- Build and maintain observability dashboards for infrastructure metrics, logs, and system performance.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues, provide Tier III incident support, and assist with root cause analysis.

4. Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Protection

- Understand cybersecurity fundamentals and implement basic security best practices to protect IT infrastructure.
- Support system hardening, security patching, access control, firewall policies, endpoint protection, and secure configurations.
- Assist with vulnerability identification, security monitoring, incident response, and risk mitigation.

5. Cloud Infrastructure

- Understand cloud computing fundamentals,



preferably AWS, including EC2, S3, IAM, and security groups.
- Support cloud resource configuration, access management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

6. Networking & Application Support

- Understand TCP/IP, DNS, ports, routing, firewalls, and Active Directory administration.
- Support the deployment and administration of React frontend and Laravel backend applications.

7. AI Infrastructure & Continuous Learning

- Develop an understanding of AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
- Explore AI application deployment, model integrations, and AI infrastructure requirements.
- Stay updated with emerging IT, DevOps, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Experience & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or DevOps roles.
- Proven experience administering Linux and Windows servers in production environments.
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins and/or GitLab CI/CD) and Git-based version control.
- Working experience with AWS or other cloud platforms, including EC2, S3, IAM, and security groups.
- Demonstrated experience in infrastructure monitoring, incident handling, and root cause analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., RHCSA, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner/SysOps Administrator, CompTIA Security+) are an advantage.
