About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced IT & Information Security Manager to safeguard the organization's IT infrastructure, sensitive data, and business-critical systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in cybersecurity, information security governance, risk management, and team leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee IT infrastructure, network security, endpoint protection, and access management.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities, and potential threats.
- Develop, implement, review, and maintain Information Security (InfoSec) policies, procedures, and standards.
- Establish security controls to protect sensitive data and ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Manage security incidents, investigate potential breaches, and ensure timely remediation.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate penetration testing and security audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable information security standards and support ISO 27001 implementation and audits.
- Oversee identity and access management, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery.




- Lead and manage the IT and information security team, delegate responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure timely resolution of technical and security issues.
- Conduct security awareness initiatives and ensure employees adhere to InfoSec policies.
- Maintain security documentation, risk registers, audit records, and compliance reports.

Required Skills
- 4–8 years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or IT Infrastructure Security.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity risk management, network security, and data protection.
- Experience in developing and implementing InfoSec policies, procedures, and security controls.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management, incident response, and security audits.
- Understanding of ISO 27001, information security governance, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in team management, task delegation, and coordinating security initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor are an advantage.
