Hansa Holidays is looking for an experienced International Ticketing Executive to join our Hyderabad team. You’ll manage international ticketing requests and support travellers with accurate, timely service.
What you’ll do
- Handle ticket issuance, reissuance and refunds
- Work with Amadeus, NDC and Verteil
- Search and compare international fares and routings across airlines, and recommend the best option for each client’s budget and schedule
- Handle date changes, cancellations, name corrections and rebookings in line with airline fare rules.
- Support travellers with urgent changes and disruptions, including outside regular hours when needed
What you’ll bring
- 3–5 years of experience in international ticketing
- Hands-on proficiency with Amadeus, NDC and Verteil
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Fluency in English, Telugu and Hindi
- Sound knowledge of airline fare rules, fare construction and IATA ticketing procedures
