Job Title: Junior Architect / Interior Architect / Senior Interior Designer – Commercial Offices
Incubex is looking for an experienced Interior Architect to lead end-to-end interior design and fit-out projects for managed corporate offices, flexible workspaces and commercial spaces in Bengaluru.
? Location: HSR, Bangalore
?️ Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
? Experience: 4–7 years (Senior)
? Interview Mode: Face to face only
What you'll do:
- Handle interior design and project coordination from concept to execution, including material selection
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized commercial office interiors
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D renders, mock-ups and presentations for clients and management
- Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, FF&E;, contractors, vendors and other consultants for turnkey solutions
- Use AI tools to speed up design concepts, rendering and visualization
- Supervise the site to make sure the design intent is delivered, within timeline, budget and quality standards
Who we're looking for:
- B.Arch / M.Arch
- 4–7 years as an Interior Architect, Commercial Architect or Interior Designer
- A strong portfolio of commercial offices, flexible workspaces and corporate fit-outs
- Skills in AutoCAD, 3D rendering, SketchUp and 3ds Max, and the ability to pick up modern AI tools
- Solid English communication and presentation skills
- Independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with contractors, vendors and site teams
