As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert guidance on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. This role requires understanding client requirements deeply and translating them into practical business and technology strategies. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application solutions that align with business objectives.

Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that technology implementations meet the intended business needs is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
- Strong knowledge of system integration principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing business and technology solutions that meet client requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
