Rupyz builds sales and distribution software for FMCG and consumer brands across India. Its platform helps businesses manage field sales teams, distributors, inventory, schemes, and orders, enabling better visibility and efficiency across their distribution networks. The platform is used by around 240 consumer brands.
About the Role
Rupyz is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to drive the top of its sales funnel by reaching out to consumer brands, understanding their distribution challenges, and converting prospects into qualified sales meetings.
You'll work closely with a field Account Executive/BDE in a sales pod, owning outbound prospecting through calls and digital outreach. This is an prospect to join a growing SaaS company as it builds a scalable sales process and expands into new markets.
What You'll Do
- Prospect FMCG/CPG brands through cold calls, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Engage business owners, directors, and sales leaders to understand their distribution challenges.
- Explain how Rupyz's platform addresses customer needs.
- Nurture leads and convert interest into qualified meetings for the field sales team.
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline while tracking outreach and conversion rates.
- Work with your sales pod and leadership to achieve monthly pipeline and revenue targets.
Who We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or outbound business development.
- Fluent in Hindi and English, with strong communication and persuasion skills.
- B2B SaaS sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to understand business challenges and conduct consultative sales conversations.
- Quick learner with strong ownership and a willingness to ask questions.
- Comfortable working full-time from the Indore office, six days a week.
- Gujarati language skills are an added advantage.
