At Belvilla, we are looking for a dynamic Team Lead - Inside Sales to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our portfolio across the Netherlands market.

? What You'll Be Driving:

? Identify and onboard high-potential holiday homes and accommodation partners

? Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and strategic partners

? Lead commercial negotiations, structure partnership agreements,



and drive successful closures

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and operational excellence

? Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities to support expansion strategies

? Build and manage a solid acquisition pipeline through networking, partnerships, and market outreach

? Drive revenue growth by optimizing portfolio performance and identifying new business opportunities

? What We're Looking For:

✔ Speaking proficiency in German Language is a must

✔ Experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Hospitality/Travel Industry

✔ Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

✔ Commercial mindset with a proven track record of driving growth

✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment

✔ Willingness to travel across Netherlands as required
