Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Executives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in connecting with students to understand their needs and recommend suitable courses.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience to begin their careers in sales while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand students’ learning requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads and convert interested prospects into enrollments.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply.
- 0–1 year of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Good listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
