- 10-15 years of total IT experience, with 5+ years as an IT Project Manager.
- Proven track record delivering Fixed Price / Managed services application development, enhancements, modernization, cloud, or integration projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, cloud platforms.
- Exposure to project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow, Asana, etc.).
- Expertise in project planning, estimation, scheduling, risk/issue management, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder handling abilities.
- Exposure to Travel domain is valuable to have.
