Company Description The Ummed Ahemdabad is hiring Information Technology Associate is a full-time, on-site role based . This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems. The associate will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues with Windows-based workstations and servers, and ensure reliable connectivity for front-office, reservations, and other hotel systems.

Responsibilities include assisting with user account management, data backup routines, and coordination with external vendors or service providers when needed. The role also involves documenting IT procedures, providing clear technical support to team members, and contributing to the implementation of cloud-based solutions and property management systems to support a smooth ongoing operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology skills, including basic networking, hardware and software support, and system administration.




- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for supporting non-technical team members, documenting procedures, and coordinating with vendors.
- Candidates should possess solid Windows skills, including installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems and related applications.
- Candidates should possess foundational Cloud Computing skills, such as understanding cloud-based applications, data storage, and remote access tools.
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in hospitality IT, property management systems, or point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, respond to incidents promptly, and maintain confidentiality and data security.
- Willingness to work on-site, including occasional extended hours during pre-opening and peak operations, as required.
