About the role

Schbang is a full-service creative, media and technology agency working with some of India's biggest brands. We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Lead to own creator strategy and campaigns for a set of brands, and to lead the team that delivers them.

You'll decide which creators fit each brand, run campaigns from brief to report, and make sure every campaign shows clear results.

Responsibilities

- Build influencer strategies based on each brand's goals, such as awareness, engagement, app installs or sales.
- Find and shortlist the right creators across macro, micro and nano tiers, including regional-language creators.
- Negotiate rates, deliverables and usage rights with creators and talent managers.
- Run campaigns end to end: briefing, content approvals, go-live, payments and timelines.
- Make sure all content follows brand guidelines and ASCI influencer disclosure rules.
- Track performance (reach, engagement, views, CPE, clicks) and share clear reports with clients.

- Be the main point of contact for clients on influencer work.
- Lead and guide a team of influencer managers and executives.
- Work with Schbang's creative, social and media teams on integrated campaigns.
- Bring influencer ideas into new business pitches.

Requirements

- 5–8 years in influencer marketing, ideally at an agency or creator-led brand.
- At least 2 years of team handling and client servicing experience.
- Strong network of creators and talent managers on Instagram and YouTube in India.
- A portfolio of campaigns you've led, with results.
- Good with numbers: budgets, rate cards and campaign metrics.
- Transparent communication in English and Hindi.

Good to have

- Experience with regional creators (Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali and others).
- Familiarity with tools like Qoruz, Winkl, Upfluence or HypeAuditor.
- Experience running creator content as paid ads with media teams.
