We are looking for a creative and driven Industrial Designer to lead the execution of design and development for Motorcycles, Scooters, EVs, Colour & Graphics projects, and Concept/Show Models. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless project delivery within quality, time, and cost parameters.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept Design & Execution: Drive concept design, development, and execution across Motorcycles, Scooters, EVs, and Colour-Graphics projects while ensuring design DNA carry-over and character distinction aligned with the latest industry trends.
- Model Development: Ensure flawless delivery during 3D and physical model development stages by effectively integrating engineering and design requirements.
- Design Standards:
Maintain high design standards throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final sketch development and timely inputs for styling design.
- User-Centric Innovation: Understand target users and market requirements to deliver exceptional product experiences.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design
Core Skills & Capabilities:
- Solid understanding of market and user requirements.
- Deep awareness of the latest trends in the automotive industry.
- Excellent sketching and visualization skills; 3D modeling expertise is a strong plus.
