Role Description The Human Resources Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajasthan, India. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This role will manage HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support a safe and inclusive work environment.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating training and development initiatives, handling payroll and attendance inputs in collaboration with finance, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and personnel records.



The HR Manager will also advise management on workforce planning, support conflict resolution, and drive employee engagement activities aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR policies, compliance requirements, and workplace health and safety practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage HR data, maintain accurate records, and use HR or payroll systems and basic MS Office tools effectively.
- Experience in manufacturing or food production environments is an advantage, with familiarity in shift-based workforce management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
- Proven ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
