Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and analytical HR professional in NBFC , MFI Industry to lead organizational workforce planning, compensation structures, statutory compliance, performance management, and HR financial governance. In this role, you will align workforce strategy with business goals, ensure precise HR budget tracking and reconciliation, and drive talent growth and retention frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Manpower Planning & Manpower Budgeting:

- Partner with department heads to forecast annual and project-based staffing requirements based on business objectives, revenue targets, and attrition trends.
- Design, model, and maintain the annual Manpower Budget, balancing headcount demand against operational costs.
- Track planned vs. actual headcount across quarters, conducting variance analysis to manage hiring freezes or accelerations.

HR Budgeting & Financial Reconciliation:

- Formulate and monitor the overarching Annual HR Operational Budget.




- Perform periodic Payroll and Headcount Reconciliations with Finance to ensure accurate cost allocation, tax provisions, and ledger alignment.

Compensation & Benefits (C&B;):

- Design, benchmark, and maintain market-competitive salary bands, variable pay frameworks,

and incentive schemes.

Performance Management System (PMS) & Talent Management:

- Drive end-to-end performance cycles, including goal setting (KRAs/KPIs), mid-year reviews, 360-degree feedback, and annual appraisals.
- Build Talent Management Frameworks, including high-potential (HiPo) identification,

succession planning for critical roles, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

HR Compliances & Governance:

- Ensure strict adherence to national, state, and local labor laws, statutory acts (such as

PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, POSH, and FMLA/FLSA where applicable), and audit requirements.
