Role SummaryHuemind is looking for a proactive and organized HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate must have experience in the digital marketing, advertising, creative, e-commerce, or IT industry and understand the hiring requirements of a fast-paced, growing organization.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Recruit candidates for digital marketing, creative, technical, and management roles.
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and offer letters.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, documentation, and HR operations.
- Monitor probation periods, performance reviews, and employee retention.
- Address employee concerns and support engagement initiatives.




- Implement HR policies and maintain workplace discipline.
- Work closely with management and department heads to identify hiring needs.

Qualifications2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Prior experience in the digital marketing or advertising industry is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of roles such as Performance Marketer, Social Media Manager, Content Writer, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, and Web Developer.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms, Google Workspace, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment.
