Job Summary

Dynamic Netsoft Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and people-oriented HR Trainee to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for MBA freshers who have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for recent employees.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with daily HR operations and administrative activities.
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.




- Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Support the HR team in various activities as required.

Required Skills

- MBA graduate, preferably in HR or Human Resources Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact confidently with candidates and employees.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills..
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a team.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail.
