Location: Mulund West, Mumbai

Work from Office, Full Time

Job Responsibilities

- Do all recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Coordinate with Institute and colleges for Intern/candidates
- Joining and exit formalities
- HR Documentation & Communication Material, Reports,
- Grievance handling
- Assisting in payroll and compliance
- Admin duties as & when required
- Employee engagement activities
- Internal Training
- Visit to other branches as per schedule for employee interaction, requirements at clinic and anything related to employees and changes required in clinic
- Tie ups with clinics and hospitals for Candidate Internship & job




- Vendor Management
- Stock Management
- Coordinate and follow-up for repairs and maintenance
- Ensure Learning and development sessions across all clinics
- Cultivating a positive and welcoming work environment
- Monitor and manage employee time off requests, including sick leave, Casual leave, Vacation, duty adjustments etc
- Maintain compliance with local labour laws & regulations.
