Role Description The Human Resources Manager at PhysioPlus will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for on-site teams in Jaipur. This full-time, on-site role will focus on designing and implementing HR policies, managing compliance with labor regulations, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to identify workforce needs, develop hiring and retention strategies,



and support learning and development initiatives aligned with the company’s growth.

Daily responsibilities include handling HR queries, supporting conflict resolution, coordinating payroll inputs and benefits administration, organizing engagement activities, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture that reflects PhysioPlus values.

Qualifications

- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur with strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
