HR Intern (Remote)

We're Maysar, a neutraceutical brand on a mission to make good habits the easy ones — and we're looking for an HR intern to help us build our people function from scratch.

This isn't a coffee-run internship : You'll work directly with the founders on real hiring, culture and people-ops as we grow from a tight founding team into a company.

What you'll do

Run hiring end to end: sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate comms

Help shape our culture, onboarding and team rituals from the ground up

Own the HR basics: trackers, documentation, straightforward policies

Be the warm first point of contact for everyone who applies

Who you are

Studying or recently graduated — HR, psychology, business, or just genuinely people-smart





Organised, warm, and a clear communicator

Self-driven; you can own things without being chased

Here to build, not just maintain The honest part: this is an unpaid internship for now. What you get instead is real ownership, direct founder mentorship, a portfolio of work you actually built, a completion certificate and recommendation letter, full remote flexibility, a genuine shot at converting to a paid role as we grow — and Maysar on us once we launch.
