We are looking for an experienced IT HR Generalist to manage the complete employee lifecycle and HR operations for our IT/software company.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including technical hiring, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities from joining to exit.
- Manage attendance, leave, HR documentation, and payroll coordination.
- Conduct performance appraisals, probation/confirmation, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee grievances, HR policies, and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate training, employee retention, and development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain HR records, and support management with HR decisions.
- Ensure smooth exit formalities, exit interviews, and full & final coordination.

Requirements:

- 1–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT/software company.
- Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Positive communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HRMS, MS Excel/Google Sheets, payroll, and HR processes.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities.
