We’re hiring an HR Executive at Boomerang (Jaipur, on-site).

We’re not looking for someone who just files paperwork. We want an HR who owns the office.

What you’ll do

- Run recruitment end to end, from sourcing to closing candidates
- Handle conflicts around the office calmly and fairly, even the uncomfortable ones
- Keep the culture alive, including our Fun Fridays
- Be the person the team trusts and comes to

Who you are

- Bold and confident. You’re not afraid to have hard conversations or say no when needed
- 1 to 2 years of HR or recruitment experience
- Ideally from a SaaS or IT company is preferred or else freshers can also apply.

What we offer

- ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month, and we’ll go higher for the right profile
