Key Responsibilities

Recruitment &

- Talent Acquisition

- Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and prepare screening questions.
- Use ATS platforms and AI-powered tools to support candidate screening and evaluation.
- Coordinate interviews, HR screening calls, technical assessments, and candidate follow-ups.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and interviewers to track candidate progress and feedback.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Support onboarding and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Employee Engagement &

- HR Operations

- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Support onboarding, employee communication, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Employer Branding &

- Process Improvement

- Support recruitment marketing, social media content, and employer branding initiatives.
- Explore AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency and streamline HR workflows.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications





- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Keen Interest in HR, recruitment, employer branding, and AI tools.

- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
