HR Recruitment & Assistant

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and organized Recruitment & HR Assistant to support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Conduct initial telephone/video screening interviews
- Coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interview rounds
- Work with hiring managers to understand requirements and maintain candidate pipelines
- Manage candidate communication and interview follow-ups
- Support offer letters, appointment letters, documentation, and pre-joining formalities
- Coordinate onboarding for employees and interns, including IT/asset requirements




- Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records
- Track open positions, interviews, offers, joining status, and basic recruitment metrics
- Support campus hiring, employer branding, and general HR activities

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR administration preferred
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred
- Experience with recruitment and onboarding
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS/HRIS, MS Office, and Excel
- Solid English communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- IT or cybersecurity recruitment experience is an advantage
