HR Executive

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Department: Human Resources

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll inputs and monthly HR reporting.
- Support HR policies,



employee engagement, and performance management processes.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employment documentation and support applicable labour law compliance.
- Coordinate with management on staffing requirements and HR operations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms, MS Office, and HR documentation.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
