Role Description The HR Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Super Speciality Eye Hospital in Kottakkal. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources operations, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Daily responsibilities include implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating payroll inputs and benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and hospital standards.

The role involves supporting performance management processes, organizing training and development initiatives, and fostering a positive, safe,



and inclusive work environment. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership and departmental heads to align HR practices with organizational goals and provide guidance on employee relations and engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in core HR functions, such as recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Candidates should have skills in HR operations, including HR documentation, HRIS or HR software usage, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor and healthcare regulations.
- Candidates should demonstrate interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills to collaborate effectively with medical, administrative, and support staff.
- Candidates should be capable of planning and executing training, staff development, and engagement initiatives that support organizational culture and service quality.
- Beneficial qualifications include prior experience in hospital or healthcare HR, familiarity with local labor laws, and the ability to manage HR activities in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant HR certifications or advanced degrees are an advantage.
