Compensation: This is a performance-based internship with no stipend in the first month. Based on your performance evaluation at the end of month one, you will begin receiving a stipend going forward. Based on your performance at the end of the first month, compensation will be introduced and scaled accordingly.

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, people-first HR Intern who wants to roll up their sleeves and get real, meaningful experience across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and culture building - inside a startup that’s actually going somewhere.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

→ Source and screen candidates across LinkedIn, job portals, and beyond

→ Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring journey

→ Craft and publish job descriptions and recruitment posts that attract the right people

→ Maintain accurate candidate and employee records

→ Support seamless onboarding and HR documentation

→ Drive employee engagement activities and internal culture initiatives

→ Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative excellence





→ Explore and implement AI-powered tools to make HR faster and smarter.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- Robust communicator with genuine people skills
- Proactive, organized, and hungry to learn
- Able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Pursuing or recently graduated in HR, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field

No experience? No problem.
