About the Role
Easy Pay Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, GST compliance, TDS-related work, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
- Assist with GST return filing, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and related compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage purchase and sales entries, invoices, and documentation.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
- Maintain petty cash records and financial documents.
- Assist with monthly closing and audit-related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com) /MBA Finance)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Basic working knowledge of GST return filing and TDS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or similar ERP systems.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates currently based in Pune.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
- Experience in the fintech or financial services industry will be an added advantage.
