Role Description The Head of Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations for India’s Future Investors. This includes designing and optimizing operational processes for show production, participant journeys, and audience engagement, while coordinating closely with content, marketing, finance, and technology teams. The role involves managing budgets and resource allocation, setting operational KPIs, monitoring performance, and implementing continuous improvements to ensure smooth execution of each phase of the show.

The Head of Operations will lead and mentor cross-functional teams,



establish clear workflows, manage timelines, and mitigate risks to keep all activities aligned with strategic objectives. This position also requires developing operational policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process design, workflow optimization, and cross-functional coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, and operational forecasting.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management capabilities to lead, motivate, and develop diverse, remote teams.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear stakeholder alignment, documentation, and collaboration.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting and financial oversight skills to manage operational costs, allocate resources, and support financial planning.
- Experience in media, entertainment, reality shows, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, operations, management, or a related field is preferred.
