About the role

DoubleTick is looking for a dynamic and business-focused Head - Human Resources to lead and scale our people function. This role will be responsible for driving the overall HR strategy, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Employee Experience, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.

As a strategic partner to the leadership team, you will play a critical role in building a high-performance culture, attracting top talent, strengthening employee engagement, and ensuring that people practices align with the company's rapid growth objectives. The ideal candidate combines robust strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset and has experience building and scaling teams in high-growth technology organizations.

ResponsibilitiesHR Strategy &

• Business Partnership

- Develop and execute the company's people strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Partner closely with founders and business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and culture initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
- Drive people analytics and insights to support business decision-making.

Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Own the end-to-end recruitment strategy across all functions and levels.
- Build and lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team focused on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
- Establish recruitment metrics, processes,



and employer branding initiatives to strengthen hiring outcomes.
- Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new hires.

Employee Experience & • Culture
- Foster a high-performance, employee-centric culture that promotes accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
- Lead initiatives focused on employee well-being, communication, and workplace experience.
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs across the organization.

Performance Management & • Leadership Development
- Drive performance management frameworks that align individual contributions with business goals.
- Design leadership development, succession planning, and career progression programs.
- Support managers in building high-performing teams through coaching and capability-building initiatives.

HR Operations, Compliance & • Rewards
- Oversee HR operations, policies, systems, and processes to ensure scalability and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and HR governance requirements.
- Lead compensation, benefits, rewards, and recognition programs to maintain market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Drive HR technology adoption and process automation initiatives.

Organizational Growth & • Transformation




- Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to support business expansion.
- Build scalable people processes and frameworks suitable for a rapidly growing SaaS organization.
- Continuously improve HR practices to enhance employee productivity and business performance.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience (8+ years) in senior HR leadership roles, preferably in fast-growing SaaS or tech companies.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience scaling HR processes and systems in high-growth environments.
- Deep commitment to fostering an inclusive, people-first culture.
- MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institute is mandatory.
