Role Description This is a full-time, in office Graphic Designer role based in Gurugram.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for Nu Republic Universe including marketing campaigns, social media content, product packaging, and digital promotions.

Responsibilities include developing brand-consistent graphics, designing logos and visual identities, selecting and applying typography, and producing layouts for web, print, and in-store materials. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product,



and content teams to translate briefs into compelling design concepts aligned with Gen Z culture.

The Graphic

Designer will also refine designs based on feedback, maintain asset libraries, and ensure all creative output matches brand guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually appealing, brand-aligned assets.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain distinct visual identities across multiple brands.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tool (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Portfolio demonstrating work for youth or lifestyle brands, showing an understanding of Gen Z aesthetics and culture.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, solid visual storytelling skills, and openness to feedback and iterative design.
