Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Gurugram.

The Graphic

Designer will translate marketing and brand strategies into compelling visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media creatives, presentations, website graphics, and campaign materials. Daily responsibilities include developing and refining visual concepts, designing logos and brand elements, selecting and applying typography, and maintaining consistent brand guidelines across all projects. The role involves working closely with marketing and brand consultants to understand client goals, iterating designs based on feedback,



and preparing production-ready files.

The Graphic

Designer will also support brainstorming sessions, contribute to creative direction, and ensure that all design work aligns with each client’s growth roadmap.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphic Design and creating effective visual Graphics.
- Candidates should possess specialized skills in Logo Design and Branding for developing cohesive brand identities.
- Candidates should possess solid Typography skills for explicit, readable, and visually appealing designs.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent) and familiarity with digital and social media design formats.
- Ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating original design work across branding, logos, and marketing collateral.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in agency or brand-side design environments.
