Role Description The Graphic Designer Intern will support the design team in creating visual assets for digital campaigns, brand communications, and product initiatives. This internship Day-to-day tasks include assisting in the development of graphics for social media, presentations, websites, and marketing materials, as well as refining logos and brand elements under guidance.

The intern will collaborate with marketing and tech teams to translate concepts into clear visual narratives, maintain brand consistency across projects, and adapt designs for different platforms. The role also involves receiving feedback, iterating on designs, organizing design files, and staying updated on design trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, impactful visual content.
- Skill in Logo Design and Branding to support identity creation and brand consistency.
- Understanding of Typography and its use in layouts, digital assets, and brand communications.




- Basic proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar software.
- Design promotional creatives, banners, Carousel, advertisements, thumbnails, and marketing materials.
- Explore AI-powered design tools to improve creativity and workflow efficiency.
- Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and ability to meet deadlines in a cooperative environment.
- Interest in marketing, digital campaigns, and emerging design trends; prior portfolio or sample work is preferred.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of graphic design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of branding and social media design.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to understand briefs and accept constructive feedback.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

Additional Advantage: Knowledge of Figma, Adobe InDesign, After Effects, or AI-based design tools.

Eligibility

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Design, Fine Arts, Media, or a related field.
- Students, freshers, and recent graduates can apply.
- Candidates from any educational background with relevant design skills are welcome.
- A portfolio of designs or creative projects is preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work on assigned tasks and collaborate remotely.

Internship Type & Compensation The internship may be offered as either a Paid or Unpaid Internship, depending on the candidate's design knowledge, practical skills, performance, creativity, and quality of work output.





- Unpaid Internship: For candidates primarily seeking practical experience, skill development, and portfolio building.(Performance based stipend will be applicable)
- Paid Internship: Candidates with strong design skills, consistent performance, creativity, and quality deliverables may be considered for a paid internship.
- Performance-Based Review: Compensation eligibility and the applicable stipend will be determined by the company based on the candidate's skills, work quality, productivity, consistency, and overall contribution.

The applicable compensation structure will be communicated clearly to the selected candidate before acceptance of the internship offer.
