Propbotics Media is a 360 degree marketing agency working exclusively in real estate. We serve 18+ developers and brokerages, and we are a Google Partner and a Meta Tech Partner.
We are looking for someone to own Google advertising across our client portfolio.
The role
→ Plan, build and optimise Search, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns for real estate clients
→ Keyword research at sector, locality and project level, with disciplined negative keyword management
→ Conversion tracking setup through Google Tag Manager and Analytics 4
→ Landing page testing with our web team
→ Weekly reporting on CPC, CPL, lead quality, site visits and cost per booking
→ Coordinate with client sales teams to improve lead quality
What we need
→ 2 to 4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, preferably in real estate
→ Strong grip on Google Ads, Tag Manager, Analytics 4 and Search Console
→ Ability to write and judge ad copy in English and Hindi
→ Data led decision making, backed by search terms data rather than instinct
Bonus points for: Meta Ads, CRO and landing page experience, project launch campaigns.
