Role Description The GM-Procurement role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore Urban. The role involves leading the end-to-end procurement function for construction materials, services, and related contracts to support multiple residential projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely availability of materials in alignment with project schedules and budgets.

The GM-Procurement will collaborate closely with project, engineering, finance, and materials management teams to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance,



while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also includes monitoring vendor performance, managing key procurement risks, driving process improvements, and implementing best practices in supply chain and contract management to support business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong procurement and materials management skills, with experience in end-to-end purchasing processes for construction or real estate projects.
- Proficiency in supplier evaluation and supply chain management, including vendor selection, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract management, including drafting, negotiating, and administering vendor contracts and service agreements.
- Ability to develop and implement cost-optimization strategies while ensuring quality and timely availability of materials.
- Experience leading procurement teams, with solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Comfort with using ERP or procurement software and analyzing data to support decision-making.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in supply chain or procurement are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior procurement role within real estate, infrastructure, or construction is highly beneficial.
