We seek an experienced Government Relations Expert capable of managing government engagements, developing institutional relationships, and supporting corporate clients with regulatory approvals, funding opportunities, and government-related business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Government Relations & Corporate Liaison
- Establish qualified relationships with central and state government departments, ministries, regulatory authorities, and public-sector institutions.
- Represent BLACKBULL and corporate clients in authorized government meetings and institutional discussions.
- Facilitate regulatory coordination, government correspondence, statutory approvals, and corporate representations.
- Support corporate clients in navigating government procedures, policies, and institutional requirements.
- Develop long-term government engagement strategies for corporate expansion.
- Government Funding & Institutional Collaboration
- Identify government grants, subsidies, incentives, development schemes, and institutional funding opportunities.




- Coordinate government-supported project financing and public-private partnership initiatives.
- Prepare institutional proposals, funding applications, project documentation, and regulatory submissions.
- Develop relationships with public-sector banks, development finance institutions, and government financial agencies.
- Support eligible corporate clients in obtaining institutional financing through lawful approval processes.
- Legal Compliance & Regulatory Structuring
- Coordinate corporate legal structuring, regulatory registrations, licenses, and statutory approvals.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Companies Act, RBI, SEBI, FEMA, FDI, and applicable government regulations.
- Collaborate with legal professionals, company secretaries, financial advisers, and compliance specialists.
- Identify regulatory risks and establish legally compliant operational frameworks.
- Corporate Client Management
- Manage government-related requirements for corporate institutions, investors, and business clients.
- Develop institutional partnerships supporting industrial development, financial services, education, and technology projects.
- Coordinate government policy research, regulatory representations, and business expansion initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality, professional accountability,



and transparent client communication.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 10–15 years of government relations, corporate liaison, or regulatory affairs experience.
- Established professional network across government departments and institutional organizations.
- Proven experience handling corporate regulatory approvals and institutional projects.
- Strong understanding of government procedures, funding programs, and corporate compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred qualifications: LLB, LLM, MBA, CA, CS, or Public Administration.
