Strategic Deployment & Location Framework:

• For India-Based Executives: The initial 90-day onboarding and market validation phase will operate on a structured Remote / Work-From-Home basis. Upon successful achievement of initial commercial milestones,



the role will transition into a permanent corporate placement at the Company's Corporate Head Office in Brahmapur, Odisha.
- For International Executives: The engagement shall remain permanently remote within assigned international territories (Europe, USA, GCC/UAE, MEA, and Asian markets), supported by periodic visits to India for corporate board reviews.

Core Operational Responsibilities:

• Lead international B2B export expansion targeting global food manufacturers, industrial ingredient buyers, and institutional procurement networks.
- Develop and execute commercial sales pipelines for Green Banana Powder and organic health powders.
- Establish and manage corporate relationships with international distributors, importers, and superfood wholesale networks.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements strictly under the company's risk-mitigation framework requiring a 70% Advance Payment prior to commencement of production.
- Coordinate closely with quality assurance, compliance, and logistics teams for seamless overseas dispatches.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications:

• 3 to 7+ years of proven track record in B2B Corporate Sales, Institutional BD, Food Ingredients, or Export Operations.
- Established buyer network in food processing, nutraceuticals, or import-export trading ecosystems.
- Solid commercial negotiation capabilities in international trade finance, Incoterms, and advance payment models.

Compensation & Engagement Model:

• Phase 1 (First 90 Days): Structured performance-linked Net Profit Sharing Model calculated on realized sales revenue and metric tonnage.
