PORCHE BREWPUB is looking for an accomplished General Manager to lead our premium brewery, bar, and dining operations. We seek a agile hospitality professional with strong business acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end restaurant, bar, and brewery operations.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost control.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate large operational teams.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and premium service standards.
- Manage inventory, P&L;, budgeting, and operational KPIs.
- Develop strategies to enhance footfall, corporate business, and repeat clientele.

Candidate Profile:





- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within premium restaurants, bars, or brewpubs.
- Strong expertise in F&B; operations, team management, and financial performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills.

Compensation: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month, based on experience and suitability. ? Location: Golf Course Road, Gurugram
