Role Description:

The Full time Japanese Trainer will deliver high-quality online Japanese language classes to learners across different age groups and proficiency levels in a remote teaching environment.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, developing and updating course material aligned with organizational standards, and evaluating learner progress through assignments, assessments, and feedback.



The trainer will incorporate interactive teaching methods, language labs, and cultural elements to enhance learner comprehension and fluency. Daily tasks also involve maintaining accurate learner records, coordinating with academic teams, participating in curriculum reviews, and supporting learners through doubt-clearing sessions and remedial classes as needed.

The role requires consistent availability during scheduled class hours and active participation in virtual meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills in English and Japanese, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and support diverse learner needs.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in online teaching tools and learning management systems, along with basic computer and internet skills.
- Relevant certifications in Japanese language (e.g., JLPT levels), a degree in Japanese or related field, and prior experience in academic or corporate training are highly beneficial.
- Strong classroom management in virtual settings, cultural awareness, patience, and a learner-focused mindset are important for success in this role.
