Role Overview

We are looking for 2 Full Stack Developers with solid expertise in .NET, modern frontend technologies, cloud-native application development, and AI Agentic Development approaches. The ideal candidates will build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications by leveraging AI agents and AI-assisted development tools throughout the software development lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on experience in backend API development, frontend engineering, database design, Azure messaging and serverless services, third-party integrations, and automated testing. Candidates should be comfortable using AI agents to accelerate implementation, generate and improve code, create unit tests, troubleshoot issues, and improve engineering productivity while maintaining code quality, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Application Development

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, .NET, React, and other modern frontend frameworks.
- Build reusable frontend components, responsive user interfaces, and well-structured backend services.
- Develop RESTful APIs, middleware, business logic, and service-to-service integrations.
- Implement authentication, authorization, input validation, exception handling, logging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

AI Agentic Development

- Use AI coding agents and agentic development workflows to accelerate software design, implementation, debugging, refactoring, and testing.
- Break down requirements into actionable tasks and guide AI agents to generate maintainable, production-quality code.
- Use AI agents to analyze existing codebases, understand dependencies, identify potential defects, and recommend implementation strategies.
- Generate and validate unit tests, integration tests, API contracts, documentation, and code review suggestions using AI-assisted workflows.
- Apply human review and verification to AI-generated code, particularly for security-sensitive, business-critical, and production-facing functionality.
- Establish effective context management, task decomposition, iterative prompting, and validation practices when working with AI agents.
- Follow secure development practices to prevent vulnerabilities, insecure dependencies, or incorrect business logic from AI-generated changes.

Database Development and Optimization

- Design and optimize relational database schemas, queries, indexes, views, and stored procedures using SQL Server and/or other SQL-based databases.




- Develop data access layers and implement efficient data retrieval and persistence strategies.
- Work with Azure Cosmos DB for NoSQL data modeling, partitioning, indexing, and query optimization.
- Design and maintain applications using PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, transactions, and performance tuning.
- Ensure data consistency, integrity, scalability, and efficient database access across services.

Microsoft Azure and Event-Driven Architecture

- Develop cloud-native applications using Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus queues, topics and subscriptions, message handling, Azure API integrations, and managed services.
- Design event-driven and asynchronous processing workflows using queues, topics, subscriptions, and message-based communication.
- Implement reliable message processing, retry policies, dead-letter handling, idempotency, and error recovery.
- Develop real-time communication features using SignalR.
- Implement webhook endpoints for receiving external events, validating requests, and triggering application workflows.
- Build scalable, fault-tolerant integrations between internal services and third-party systems.

API and Third-Party Integrations

- Design, develop, consume, and maintain REST APIs and external service integrations.
- Implement webhook-based integrations and event-driven workflows.
- Handle API authentication, authorization, rate limits, retries, timeouts, and error responses.
- Work with JSON payloads, API contracts, versioning, and data transformation.
- Troubleshoot integration issues across distributed services and external platforms.

Unit Testing and Code Quality

- Write comprehensive unit tests for backend services, business logic, API handlers, and frontend components where appropriate.
- Use testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, MSTest, Jest, or React Testing Library, depending on the technology stack.
- Mock external dependencies, databases, messaging services, and third-party APIs to enable reliable automated testing.
- Use AI agents to identify test gaps, generate test scenarios, and improve test coverage.
- Participate in code reviews, refactoring, static analysis, and automated quality checks.
- Ensure AI-generated code and tests are reviewed, executed, and validated before merging.

DevOps, Security, and Production Readiness

- Work with Git-based version control, pull requests, CI/CD pipelines, and automated build and deployment processes.
- Follow secure SDLC practices and apply appropriate security controls to APIs, databases, messaging services, and cloud resources.
- Implement structured logging,



monitoring, distributed tracing, and application diagnostics.
- Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive fixes.
- Contribute to application reliability, performance, maintainability, and operational readiness.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Backend: C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, REST API development

• Frontend: React and experience with at least one modern frontend framework

• Databases: SQL Server/SQL, Azure Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL

• Unit Testing: Automated unit testing, mocking, test-driven or test-first practices

• Azure: Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus queues, topics, and subscriptions

• Integrations: REST API integrations, third-party services, webhooks

• Real-time Communication: SignalR and real-time application communication

• AI Development: Practical experience using AI coding agents and AI-assisted/agentic development workflows

• Engineering Practices: Git, code reviews, debugging, secure coding, and CI/CD fundamentals

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Azure API Management, Azure Key Vault, Application Insights, and Azure Monitor.
- Familiarity with Docker, containerized applications, and cloud deployment patterns.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, tool calling, structured outputs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or comparable agentic coding platforms.
- Experience with frontend state management, component testing, accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of OWASP security principles, API security, and secrets management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience delivering full stack applications using .NET and a modern frontend framework.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver maintainable software.
- A quality-first mindset when using AI agents, with the ability to critically review and validate generated code.
