Role Description The Full Stack Development (FSD) Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in full stack development, delivering lectures, leading lab sessions, and guiding project-based learning. The role includes designing and updating course materials, aligning content with industry requirements, and integrating practical assignments that strengthen learners’ technical and problem-solving skills. The FSD Assistant Professor will mentor students on academic and career pathways, support research and innovation activities, and collaborate with peers to improve program quality.





Responsibilities also include conducting assessments, maintaining student records, participating in academic committees, and contributing to outreach or industry collaboration initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gujarat, India.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Full Stack Development, including front-end and back-end technologies, databases, and APIs.
- Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and one back-end technology (e.g., Node.js, Django, Spring).
- Experience with software development practices such as version control (e.g., Git), testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Ability to design industry-relevant curricula, create engaging learning materials, and deliver explicit, structured classroom and lab sessions.
- Demonstrated skills in mentoring, academic guidance, and supporting student projects and research activities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary academic environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Ph.D. or significant industry experience in full stack development is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Ed-tech tools, learning management systems, and blended learning methods, along with a commitment to future-skills education.
