Following a successful launch and growing presence across Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida, Omama is now expanding to Hyderabad, bringing its specialised postpartum care and holistic healing approach to mothers in the city.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a Front Desk Executive who can own the first impression of Omama — welcoming patients, managing appointments, and confidently explaining our treatment programs to convert consultations into packages.
Key Responsibilities
As the face of Omama, you will:
1. Welcome and assist patients, ensuring a warm and smooth clinic experience.
2. Manage appointments, calls, and patient coordination efficiently.
3. Explain treatment programs and guide patients through consultations.
4. Convert inquiries into packages through effective counselling.
5. Maintain a calm, empathetic,
and supportive environment for new mothers.
Eligibility Criteria
Must-Haves
1. 2–4 years’ experience in front desk / clinic coordinator / hospital sales / wellness center sales.
2. Comfortable with face-to-face counselling and closing.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Empathetic, patient, and calm — especially with new mothers.
Preferred Background (Good to Have)
1. Experience in healthcare, physiotherapy, IVF, maternity, or wellness clinics.
2. Prior exposure to counselling-led or consultative sales environments.
