Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts & Billing Management

- Manage daily accounting entries, billing, and invoicing.
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Verify vendor invoices, purchase orders (POs), and receipts for accurate payment processing.
- Assist with tax-related documentation (GST compliance, TDS entries, etc.).
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations with vendors and clients.

2. Store & Inventory Management

- Oversee inventory reception, verification, storage, and dispatch.
- Maintain real-time stock registers and update stock entries in the ERP/inventory system.
- Perform periodic physical stock verification and audit stock levels against system records.
- Track minimum stock levels (reorder levels) to prevent stock-outs or over-stocking.
- Handle incoming material inspection and document goods received notes (GRN).

3. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain orderly filing of invoices, dispatch slips, delivery challans, and purchase orders.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on inventory levels, stock consumption,



and accounts status.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partners for seamless material movement.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in combined accounting and store/inventory handling.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in accounting and ERP software (e.g., Tally Prime, Zoho Books, MS Excel).
- Skills: Solid numerical skills, high attention to detail, inventory auditing, and clear communication skills.
