Role Description The Field Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The person in this role oversees a team of field sales and gig workers, ensuring that daily customer acquisition and outreach targets are met in line with company standards. Typical responsibilities include planning and assigning field activities, monitoring performance, conducting regular site visits, and providing guidance and training to team members.

Supervisor is expected to track progress through reports, address operational issues promptly, and maintain transparent communication with management and stakeholders.



This role also involves ensuring adherence to compliance requirements, promoting best practices in customer interactions, and contributing to process improvements in field operations.

Qualifications

- Field operations and team supervision skills, including experience managing on-ground sales or gig workforce teams.
- Ability to plan and monitor daily field activities, set targets, and track performance using basic reporting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members, management, and clients.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle field challenges and resolve issues effectively.
- Basic knowledge of financial products, consumer services, or customer acquisition processes is an advantage.
- Comfort with using smartphones, messaging apps, and simple digital tools for reporting and coordination.
- Previous experience in field sales, operations, or supervision, preferably in financial services or related sectors.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lucknow, travel locally as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
