Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Moradabad.

The Field Sales

Executive is responsible for identifying prospective customers, visiting client sites, and presenting modular kitchen and bathroom solutions tailored to customer needs. The role includes preparing and delivering sales presentations, explaining product features and benefits, and providing pricing and proposal details. The person will follow up on inquiries, manage leads, maintain relationships with interior designers and contractors, and coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.

The role also involves meeting sales targets,



monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and reporting regularly to the sales manager.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in field sales, client relationship management, and presenting solutions in-person.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with homeowners, architects, and contractors.
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts, modular kitchen and bathroom products, and space planning is preferred.
- Proficiency in maintaining sales records, using CRM or sales tracking tools, and preparing simple quotations or proposals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven workplace with regular field travel in and around Moradabad.
- Ability to collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate customer requirements and timely delivery.
- Prior experience in home décor, building materials, kitchen and bath fittings, or related industries is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
